Conditions and cancellation policies as at 1st January 2009:

	Between 30 and 7 days: 50 % of the total special offer duration will be claimed.

	Less than 7 days before the departure: 100 % of the total special offer duration will be claimed.

	Downpayment of 500 Euros upon confirmation and document signature (compulsory).

	El Monaco Hotel reserves the right to modify the special offer if the minimum booking of 15 adultsis not reached 30 days prior to departure.

	El Monaco Hotel reserves the right to review its prices / rates in the event of an increase in foreign curencies, airline rates and local taxes.
